Questions about cookies
If you have questions about this Cookie Preferences document or need help adjusting settings, contact welcome@cloudvaultcore.one. Because this deployment is primarily static, many preferences rely on browser storage rather than server profiles. We will clarify which storage keys are used when you ask, so your IT administrators can evaluate enterprise policies.
Preference storage
When you select Allow or Decline on the banner, we record a preference key in localStorage so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Theme selection for light or dark presentation uses a separate prefixed key. These preferences are not synchronized across devices unless you manually replicate settings. Clearing site data resets preferences.
Categories of storage
We distinguish essential site functionality (such as remembering cookie decisions) from optional analytics placeholders reserved for future use. Marketing cookies are not enabled on this static build. If optional analytics are introduced later, this document will be updated with table entries describing name, purpose, duration, and provider.
How consent is obtained
Consent for non-essential storage is obtained through the first-interaction banner. Declining optional categories does not block access to informational pages. You may change your mind by clearing storage or using contact channels for manual guidance. We log consent timestamps only if a server-side enrollment form is used; this brochure site avoids server logs for browsing by design.
Third-party components
Embedded fonts are self-hosted via build-time packages to reduce third-party calls. If we embed video players for recorded previews, their providers may set their own cookies; such embeds will be disclosed at the point of use. We avoid social trackers on core pages.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage keys used for lightweight interactivity on static sites. These technologies can remember preferences, reduce repetitive prompts, and support basic analytics when enabled. They are not executable programs. You can manage or delete them through browser settings; some site conveniences may reset when you do.
